I'll assess your current fitness levels, diet and lifestyle before creating a training program that will help you achieve your goals. In addition to conducting my training at my home in St. Albans and Fit Club gym in Northwood Hills, I am also available as a mobile PT where we can utilize my own portable equipment and that of yours at home.
